Potato, Beans and Cheese Bake

**A recipe that was taken from a newspaper ages ago (or some such place) and a favorite dinner among friends at university!**

Ingredients:

Parboiled Potatoes (with skin) – 4 large
Baked Beans – 1 can
Grated Cheese – 1½ cup

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill
  2. Arrange the large cubed potato chunks on the bottom of a baking dish. Then pour the tin of baked beans and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  3. Grill until the cheese has melted and turns brownish.

Note: a quick and filling meal for college-goers. Can also mash the potatoes instead of having chunks for this recipe if desired.

Serving Size: 1-2 people
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
